Q Will PARC increase the Council’s operating budget?

There will be increased operating costs for PARC compared to our previous facility. However, these increased costs will be offset by certain usage fees for the grounds and building, as well as increased net revenue expected to come from the Outdoor Adventure Store. PARC will also provide opportunities to do additional fundraising activities and host events on the property. Ongoing efforts to secure endowment funds dedicated to the maintenance and upkeep of the property will also be undertaken in the future.
